Just a quick note saying that I really enjoyed the Lunch & Learn: Autoimmune Inspiration session two weeks ago! It was so informative. I have changed a few things in my daily eating, and have taken out some of the nasty foods! I have to say it has really helped me! As you know I suffer from a terrible illness which has myself in pain 24/7! I didn't realise that a change of food could help. It has helped me with my pain, I actually went out yesterday without a painkiller!! I'm starting to feel so much better, I'm back to studying. I have slipped up a few times and have felt the differences. I really appreciate how you explain what certain foods can do! I can't wait to do the 90 day challenge! It will be so worth it. Thank you
"The most precious thing I can summarise from my journey with Sheryl is how she helped me discover things about myself that I didn't know.
Never once did she coerce me or tell me what to do or think but she was very skilled at taking me through thought processes that took me to a better mind set to help with a lifelong history of negative thought patterns.
She hit the balance between setting goals without ever making me feel that I *had* to attain them or risk getting told off. She showed me how to constantly believe in myself and my choices even if things didn't turn out as I'd hoped."
"I came to Sheryl a few months ago for help!
I had a series of problems I was dealing with and didn't know where to start! I had gained weight that I couldn't loose I lacked energy had trouble sleeping and just functioning normally.
Through some clear guidance and clear guidelines to follow Sheryl has helped me tremendously work back to normal health and energy and as a result the weight for the first time has started to come off!
Being a busy Mum of three and working full time I needed something easy and practical to follow. Sheryl was able to provide this and totally understand what it's like to juggle life.
I highly recommend her holistic approach to good health and well being."
My first wonderful client, who had a pyloric ulcer and fibromyalgia.
"I thank you so much Sheryl for all the encouragement, support, research and most of all becoming my friend. I know I could have done it without you but it would have taken me a lot longer and probably would have been more painful in more ways than one. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping me achieve something that I thought was impossible."
